Ardens provides a range of resources to support clinicians and practice teams in delivering consistent, structured care within your clinical system. As part of your onboarding, you will find guidance on accessing and using the resources through a combination of articles, academy guides, and webinars.

This article will continue to be updated as new content becomes available.

How Updates Work in Wales

Unlike England, Resource Publisher is not currently available within EMIS Web in Wales.

Templates

Templates, protocols and clinical resources are deployed to individual practices by the Ardens team using Template Manager.

Searches

Searches are managed independently from templates.

Practices can either:

• Download searches from the Ardens Download Portal, or

• Ask Ardens to deploy them directly.

Looking Ahead

Ardens is working closely with EMIS and Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) to enable Resource Publisher for Wales.

Once available, template updates will be published centrally, allowing all participating practices to receive updates simultaneously.
