New Admission to Care Home questionnaire: A dependency between two questions on the assessment page has been removed, making it possible for care home staff to fill out the form without restrictions.

NG12 - '?HPB urgent USS | If adult + abdo mass consistent with enlarged liver or gall bladder' - logic update

The HPB urgent USS report has been updated to only include adults with an abdominal mass consistent with an enlarged liver or gall bladder, following NG12 guidance. Patients aged 15 and under, those who have already had relevant imaging or clinic review, will be excluded. This change ensures the report is clinically accurate and focused on the intended patient group.

Aerochamber Plus has been added to the SystmOne Inhaler Devices & Technique template with the removal of the discontinued e-chamber. The update includes new autoconsults for different Aerochamber Plus options. Clients will now see Aerochamber Plus as an available option, with clear supporting information and images, ensuring up-to-date and accurate device choices for respiratory care.
