OPEL now supports any team type, including PCNs and federations, as the lead organisation—not just ICBs. Tasks, approvals, and email notifications are sent directly to the correct lead team based on new team relationships. The interface and submission lists clearly show lead assignments, and teams can set their OPEL lead in settings. Only designated leads can review or approve submissions, and the system auto-approves if no lead is set.
