Patient Reviews & Snooze allows users to manage and temporarily remove patients from work-to-do lists within Ardens Manager when action has already been taken or is planned for a future date.

Users can record review notes, add reasons for actions taken, and snooze patients until a specified date or indefinitely. Snoozed patients are clearly identified throughout Ardens Manager and are excluded from work-to-do counts, helping teams maintain accurate and manageable workloads.

This feature is particularly useful for managing follow-up activity, safety alerts, case finding programmes and performance indicators where patients may require future action but should not continue to appear on active worklists.
