Ardens wins Digital Solution of the Year at the HTN Primary Care Awards

Ardens has been named Digital Solution of the Year at the HTN Health Tech News Primary Care Awards, recognising our innovative work with South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the impact of its Ardens Manager platform.

The award highlights the transformative results achieved through the deployment of Ardens Manager to bring together population health data from across primary care. Working closely with South East London ICB, Ardens developed a suite of bespoke dashboards that support key initiatives, including Locally Commissioned Services and Medicines Optimisation.

By consolidating data at scale and presenting it through intuitive, actionable dashboards, the platform enables primary care teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive more consistent, high‑quality care across the region. Alongside these benefits, the coordinated, multi-year procurement supports cost savings of around 40%, including projected savings of £650,000 in medicines optimisation.

This approach provides a replicable model for integrated care systems nationwide, combining advanced analytics, clinician usability and system-wide collaboration to improve outcomes for patients, practices and populations.
