Rules for reviewing incomplete childhood vaccinations after 18 months are being updated to correctly handle patients born between 1/7/24 and 31/12/24 who have received an MMR and an MMRV vaccine. A second rule and date-of-birth locks will be added, and new MMRV exclusion codes will be included. The age lock for MMRV completion will be removed, so two MMRV doses will count as complete regardless of age. These changes ensure accurate vaccination status and proper handling in EMIS, S1, and AM systems.
