It’s been a busy start to the year with the new Childhood Immunisation Schedule and MMRV vaccine along with the new requirement for EMIS practices to record product codes. We appreciate there has been a lot of change in a short period of time and we’ve been doing everything to support you as best we can. We're hosting a focused Ardens Manager webinar where we'll demonstrate how to identify and prioritise outstanding national contract work impacting income. The session will cover how to:

  • Identify income opportunities using data quality reports & patient-level data 

  • Find patients missing from QOF registers or incorrectly coded

  • Track and complete outstanding Network Contract DES work

Enhancing Menopause Care with Ardens - Weds 25th February, 10:45am | Menopause Theatre

Designed for clinicians, practice teams and women’s health leads, this session demonstrates how Ardens supports high-quality menopause management. Dr Tessa Palokkaran and Dr Stacey Ringham will showcase menopause clinical decision support templates, including HRT prescribing support, safety alerts and time-saving consultation tools. The session will conclude with an overview of the Ardens Manager Women’s Health Dashboard.

Multiple risk stratification models are now available within the Risk breakdown tab on report pages, helping users prioritise patients effectively. This now includes:

The new Patient View feature in Ardens Manager enables users to take a holistic approach to patient reviews with safety alerts and outstanding actions in one location. It provides a comprehensive overview of all reports linked to a patient, eliminating the need to open individual reports across the platform.

All Ardens training is free for subscribers, so now is the perfect time to speak with our team and start planning your 2026 sessions.

We offer dedicated training for your team, delivered either in person or remotely. Sessions range from introductory and role-based training to solution-focused courses, and can be tailored to meet local requirements. We recommend that all subscribers have refresher training on an annual basis.
