🔄LTC Recall Changes

We’re improving our LTC recall resources to support best practice reviews, increase efficiency, and standardise recall processes across Ardens.

What’s changing:

  • Expanding beyond QOF to include best-practice conditions

  • Streamlining the annual review process

  • Enhancing templates for data capture, decision support and risk stratification

  • Standardising search layouts across all recall areas (including vaccinations)

Rollout timeline:
We aim to release the new resources over the next few months. Existing LTC recall resources will remain available until April 2027 to support a smooth transition.

What this means for practices
No immediate action is required. Full training and webinars will be provided, and we’ll continue to share updates through the Ardens Bulletin.

🎓 Ardens Academy CPD Accreditation

We are pleased to announce that our Getting Started with Ardens Manager training course on Ardens Academy is now CPD-accredited. When you complete this course, you'll now receive points towards your CPD.

🗓️ EMIS Version Dates

We have recently rolled out new version numbers for Ardens templates, protocols and documents which use a date-based version number to clearly show when a resource was published. This allows practices to easily confirm they are using the most recent version.

Format: v.YY.MM.DD
Example: v.26.02.14 (published on 14th February 2026)
