The HPB urgent USS report has been updated to only include adults with an abdominal mass consistent with an enlarged liver or gall bladder, following NG12 guidance. Patients aged 15 and under, those who have already had relevant imaging or clinic review, will be excluded.

This change ensures the report is clinically accurate and focused on the intended patient group.
