Users can now view report data broken down by appointment status, including Completed, Booked, Unused, Did Not Attend (DNA), Cancelled, and Blocked. Statuses can also be used as report filters.

This helps practices better understand appointment utilisation, identify unused capacity and DNAs, and make more informed workforce and appointment planning decisions.
