Gravida codes, such as primigravida and multigravida, were incorrectly causing patients to be excluded from pregnancy-related searches and flu invite lists in EMIS and S1 systems. After review, all Gravida codes have been removed from relevant pregnancy searches and reports. The end result is that only patients with valid pregnancy codes are included, ensuring accurate identification for flu vaccination and other clinical alerts.
