This article explains how to accept agreements in Ardens Manager when your organisation is first set up or when you are invited to join groups, contracts or data-sharing agreements. By the end of this article, you will be able to review and accept the relevant agreements to access shared features and services.
Background
When an organisation is onboarded to Ardens Manager, administrators will receive tasks requiring action. These tasks typically include accepting agreements or invitations to participate in contracts, groups, or dashboards.
Accepting these tasks confirms your organisation’s participation and enables access to relevant dashboards and reporting features.
How Ardens Can Help
Ardens Manager uses system-generated tasks to manage agreements, invitations, and permissions required for onboarding.
Once accepted, these invitations enable your organisation to:
Access relevant dashboards
View performance and activity data
Participate in national or local contracts
Share data within permitted groups
Accepting tasks ensures the platform can display the correct data for your organisation.
✅ Accepting Tasks
When your organisation is first set up, a System Administrator will receive tasks to accept agreements and invitations.
To accept tasks:
Log in to Ardens Manager
Open the Tasks panel from the home page
Review any pending agreements or invitations
Select Accept to confirm
Once accepted, the relevant dashboards or features will become available to your organisation.
⚙️ Types of Tasks
You may receive different types of agreements depending on your organisation setup.
System Agreements
During onboarding, organisations must accept platform agreements confirming how Ardens Manager will be used and how data will be processed.
Examples include:
End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Terms of Supply and Use
These agreements usually need to be accepted before the organisation can fully access the platform and its dashboards.
Data Sharing Group Invitations
Your organisation may be invited to join a group such as:
ICB Groups
Primary Care Network (PCNs)
Federation or collaborative group
Accepting these invitations enables shared reporting and benchmarking where applicable.
Contract Invitations
You may also receive invitations to participate in contracts such as:
QOF
Network Contract DES
Locally Commissioned Services
Accepting these provides access to relevant dashboards and reports.
⚠️ Please note:
In most cases, only one System Administrator needs to accept the task for the organisation.
Once accepted, all users within the organisation can access the relevant dashboards based on their permissions.
If a task is not accepted, the associated dashboard or reports may not be visible.
